Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005, and the implementation in Italy of the new legislation Decree. N. 21/2014,if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does the purchase by indicating in the order form to Farmacosmo.it a reference to VAT),has the right to rescind the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty.
For proper recognition of the right of withdrawal, we specify that the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories, consumables intact, manuals, cables, etc .. .);
We will accept without hesitation the return of any item, provided it is in perfect condition, refunding the full amount of the expenditure, while remaining the responsibility of the customer / consumer the cost of return of the returned with the right of withdrawal.
How to access the service:
Send no later than the fourteenth calendar day of receipt of goods, a communication via e-mail to: info@esmokersclub.it containing a written and signed statement of intention to exercise the right of withdrawal; is optional giving reasons.
